Do you accept parcels?
Yes, we accept parcels from all national postal services and courier companies, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and others. However, please note that we do not handle packages that weigh more than 4 pounds, and oversized items must be removed from our office immediately. Additionally, we only accept parcels that contain documents and correspondence, and we do not accept parcels containing merchandise with any monetary value. Do you provide individual mailboxes so we can pick up our own mail?
No, we do not provide individual private mailboxes. ManhattanVirtualOffice.com is a physical boutique private office service offering a real office suite in an office tower; we are not a storefront nor do we offer mailbox numbers. Our policy is to forward the mail we receive. If you are in the neighborhood, you can always pickup your mail by appointment.

How often will you forward my mail?
We will forward your mail to you weekly or monthly according to your wishes. Next day, 2nd day or regular 1st class mail, you choose the priority. You may also check daily, via e-mail, for individual items.

Is mail pickup available?
Yes. Mail pickup is by appointment only and is $3 per pickup, regardless of the piece count.

How will we know when to send more postage?
We notify you via email when your account falls to half the amount you started with.

What about certified or registered mail that requires a signature?
Your authorization to us to receive your mail is for all classes of mail; including certified, registered or return receipt requested. So we will sign for anything that requires a signature. If you expect to receive time-sensitive mailings, where the date of our signature could affect some legal or financial process, you need to be aware of that. We do immediately re-mail anything that we can tell is time-sensitive, even if your usual forwarding instructions are for us to hold mail for some time period.

What if you get mail for us after we have terminated our account?
If we receive any mail for you after your account has been terminated, the U.S.P.S. will mark "Return to Sender" on any first-class or parcel post mail (including air or surface first-class, priority, overnight, registered, or certified mail) and, as a courtesy, return it to the sender. For other classes of mail that cannot be returned without additional postage, such as bulk mail or periodicals, we will dispose of them securely. However, we recommend that you inform all of your correspondents of your new address to avoid any inconvenience.

Do I have to supply I.D. (identification) when setting-up a virtual office account?
Yes, two forms of identification are required when setting up a virtual office account.
